The Residences at Marina Gate I by Select Group
The Residences at Marina Gate by Select Group is a collection of three luxury residential towers located in Dubai Marina. These towers offer spacious and modern apartments, as well as duplex penthouses, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The towers are connected by a seven-storey podium that houses waterfront villas and boutique retail units. Each building features its own tropical pool deck, gym, and facilities. During the day, the towers exude a neat and elegant appearance, while at night, they transform into illuminated sculptures, creating an iconic architectural presence in Dubai Marina.
The Residences at Marina Gate I is the first tower that was launched in April 2014. Construction of this 53-storey tower began in March 2015 and was completed in November 2016.
